The Livestream Backpack is a huge part of your livestream solution, however, there are a few additional items that you will need in order to go live.
In order to put the backpack to use, you will need the following things:
- Data Plans for Modems (monthly fee) purchased directly through LiveU. Use referral code HYPE at checkout for 5% off your data plan subscription with LiveU.
- An OBS Cloud Server (monthly subscription available) to ingest your video feed from the backpack, add overlays, alerts, data rate detection with auto scene switching (no stream RIPs), and a remote control to control your stream from your phone.
- We offer three levels of servers. A 720p server, a 1080p server, and a 4K GPU powered server for the very best quality stream in the world.
- Extra Batteries enable your stream to go for days on end. The backpack comes with a 25,600kwh battery that will power your backpack for 10+hour streams without needing to charge, however, if you want to go even longer, more battery power is necessary.
